Compensation

$22–25/hour

Professional Residential Cleaning Technicians currently earn $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience, performance, and the type of project.

  • As a growing company, our goal is to provide our contractors with consistent opportunities and build toward a schedule of up to 40 hours per week for those who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and high-quality work.

  • While project availability depends on client demand, contractors who consistently deliver exceptional service are often the first considered for additional assignments.

  • In addition to hourly compensation, outstanding performance may lead to increased pay opportunities, bonus incentives, and expanded responsibilities as Elevated Home Resets continues to grow.

This is an independent contractor opportunity. Hours and project assignments are based on client demand and contractor availability.
